Stanley P. Lieber

stanAttorney Stanley P. Lieber has practiced law for more than 35 years. Upon his admission to the California State Bar in 1973, Stan began serving clients in the areas of business litigation and criminal law. Stan was associated with the law firm Sykulski, Lieber and Todd, P.C. for many years, and is now the senior partner at Lieber Williams & Labin.

In 2007, Stan secured immunity for Thomas Riccio, the star witness in O.J. Simpson’s Las Vegas robbery trial. Stan has taken over 500 cases to trial and has settled thousands of others.  In addition, he is admitted to appear in numerous Federal District Courts.  He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is on their Qualified Expert Referral Panel.

Gary D. Labin

garyA Former Prosecutor Now on YOUR Side. Attorney Gary D. Labin focuses 100% of his practice on vigorously representing both adults and juveniles charged with criminal offenses.  As a former Deputy District Attorney, he worked as a prosecutor on both adult and juvenile cases ranging from misdemeanor DUI, simple drug possession, and domestic violence charges to felony possession of narcotics for sale, attempted murder and armed robbery cases.  Since leaving the prosecution side and becoming a criminal defense attorney, he has been dedicated to putting his knowledge and skills to work for his clients to ensure them the best possible defense in their criminal cases.

Gary is pleased to bring his unique experience as a prosecutor to serve the clients of Lieber Williams & Labin.

Jason Andrew Lieber

jasonAttorney Jason Andrew Lieber focuses on representing clients in a variety of matters including DUI, criminal defense and juvenile deliquency.  As a former Deputy Public Defender and as an associate at a private criminal defense firm, Jason has intensive, hands-on experience litigating cases in court.  He has handled all aspects of criminal and civil cases, including legal representation at initial stages of proceedings, readiness-settlement conferences, motions in limine,  and trial.  While handling criminal cases involving clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies, Jason’s practice focuses on DUI cases, juvenile delinquency matters, drug offenses, domestic violence, and theft-related offenses.

Jason was admitted to the California Bar in 2004, and was named the “2006 Misdemeanor Trial Attorney of the Year” in the Southwest Division of the Riverside County Public Defender’s Office.  He is pleased to now be in practice with Stan, Howard and Gary, working to provide sound legal representation for each client.
